Items will be shipped via USPS from San Francisco, CA.
Typical arrival time is 3-7 business days to deliver after your order is shipped. Locations further away may take longer than estimated above.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks after order completion, not including shipping time itself.

Currently, shipping is limited to within the United States at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note that when ordering Art Prints along with other items, there is an additional separate shipping cost due to shipping of Art Prints in a flat mailer to preserve the quality of the item.
REFUND POLICY
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds are generally not available and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for any product purchased online from tarobun.store.

Only in the case that we have sent the improper items will we ask you reach out to us to see how we can correct this issue. Please note we do inspect all items prior to shipping to ensure quality.

We are not responsible for losses due incorrect mailing addresses.

Please email hello@tarobun.store if you receive any damaged or wrong item within 14 business days to address any issues you may have with your order. We cannot assist you after 14 business days or if the item has been used/worn.
